Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, if you wish to return your order, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days (30 days internationally) of receiving it. We offer the following two options:

2. Exchange

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
Once the return is received, please expect 1-3 business days for your return to be processed.
RETURNING CONDITIONS
The returned item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with their tags attached. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains, makeup marks or odours (such as perfume or body odour).
FAULTY ITEMS
Please note that refunds are only available if our team deems a garment faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please email us within seven days of receiving it at returns@arohathelabel.com.au with supporting imagery of the fault, and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days to resolve this issue. Please note that items damaged or resulting from normal wear and tear by accident or failure to follow instructions will not be considered faulty.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please note that Aroha The Label is not liable for any return costs or providing customers with return labels. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange the shipping of the new item/s to you. All return parcels are to be sent via a secure and trackable postage method. Lost or stolen return parcels are not liable to Aroha The Label.

Please note that all sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange, credit or refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, cancellations can not be made once your order is placed. If you wish to change your order details, such as an address, please email info@arohathelabel.com.au immediately.
